DAY 1: Travel to Killarney, Gleneagle Hotel
Today we will travel to the magnificent Killarney, Co Kerry on our luxury coach to one of Ireland’s best-known hotels, the marvellous Gleneagle Hotel. This 4-star hotel will be home for the next four days as we explore Kerry and take in three nights of fantastic entertainment.
DAY 2: Jaunting Cars, Muckross House & Lake cruise
After breakfast, we will see the unbelievable Ross Castle on an amazing tour in the famous Killarney jaunting cars through the Killarney National Park, Lakes of Killarney and more. Visiting Muckross House and Gardens, a 19th-century mansion set among the mountains and woodland of Muckross peninsula. This extraordinary Victorian mansion makes up the nucleus of the stunning Killarney National Park. The beautiful gardens were extensively worked on in preparation for Queen Victoria’s visit in 1861, a tradition which continues to this day. Over the last 100 years, the gardens have only grown more impressive adding the Sunken Garden, Rock Garden and Stream Garden. This jam-packed day will be topped off with a Lake Cruise before returning to our hotel for our second night of live music and entertainment.
DAY 3: Dingle Peninsula, Dingle Town, Slea Head & Inch Beach
Today we will visit Dingle Peninsula Starting with the stunning Inch Beach which stretches over 5km into Dingle Bay sheltering Castlemaine Harbour from the North Atlantic Ocean. This beautiful white sandy beach faces out into the bay and creates a delightfully tranquil vista. In the afternoon we will move on to Dingle town, where you will be given time to get yourselves some lunch and shop in the bustling little port town that has become a focal point of tourism in Ireland. Later on, we will make our way down the peninsula to the fabulous Slea Head. We will take in the fantastic views of the rugged seaside cliffs, waves crashing onto the coast and winding roads. We Return to the hotel for a farewell dinner and live music and entertainment.
DAY 4: Travel home
After our last restful night in the Gleneagle Hotel we will finish up in the beautful Killarney and begin our journey back to the original pick up points.
